Started small. Stayed careful.
Waei Enterprise was founded to make professional-grade security something every home and business in Chennai could have — not just the buildings with a facilities department.
What began as a small team of security engineers has grown into one of the city’s CCTV and access-control providers, with more than five hundred projects across homes, offices, factories, schools and retail spaces.
The reputation that built came from unglamorous things: clean cable runs, quotes with every line priced, and a year of maintenance included in the price — so the system still works long after the invoice is paid.

Where is Waei Enterprise based?
Our office is in Siruseri, Chennai (1/269, Annal Gandhi St, Nethaji Nagar, Siruseri, Chennai 600130). We work across Chennai and the surrounding districts — Kanchipuram, Chengalpattu, Tiruvallur and Vellore — and travel across Tamil Nadu for larger projects.
What does Waei Enterprise install?
IP and analog HD CCTV, WiFi, 4G and solar cameras, lift cameras, access control and biometric attendance, video door phones and the networking behind them — plus Annual Maintenance Contracts for systems we install.
Is the site survey really free?
Yes. An engineer visits, identifies blind spots, measures cable runs and plans camera positions at no charge and with no obligation. The itemised quote follows from that survey.
What happens after installation?
Every installation includes twelve months of AMC: preventive maintenance visits, priority support, firmware updates and free service labour. Replacement parts are billed separately. After the first year you can renew at annual rates.
Who actually does the work?
Our own engineers. The same team surveys the site, installs the system and handles the maintenance visits — the job isn't passed to a subcontractor.
