Access control · Chennai
Biometric, face recognition, RFID and mobile door access for offices, factories and multi-site operations — with time & attendance and lift access on the same dashboard, and twelve months of AMC included.
Demonstration: a credential is verified, the door unlocks, and the entry, attendance, lift access and branch sync are recorded. Revoke once, gone everywhere.

The problem
Nobody buys a key twice, which is exactly the problem — the cost of a mechanical building shows up in payroll, in rekeying, and in the enquiry where nobody can say who was in the room.
Every duplicate is a hole you cannot close. A credential is withdrawn from the dashboard in about two seconds; a key requires rekeying the lock and reissuing to everyone who legitimately held one.
rekey the lock
Registers and punch cards lose 5–10% of payroll to proxy attendance and rounding. It is not theft so much as arithmetic, and it recurs on every cycle.
5–10% monthly
When a theft, a harassment complaint or a safety incident goes to an enquiry, “we do not know who entered” is not an answer anyone accepts — not the police, not an insurer, not a tribunal.

What it covers
Door, attendance, lift and every branch run off the same enrolment. Add a person once; withdraw them once and they are gone from all four.
RFID, PIN, fingerprint, face or mobile entry on any door — office, server room, warehouse or production floor. Every swipe is logged and every refused attempt is auditable.
The same readers that open the door produce the attendance sheet. In and out, overtime, late marks and shift reports, exported in the format payroll already accepts.
Two doors or two thousand, across branches and cities, from one cloud dashboard. Permissions are central; the decision at the door stays local, so a branch keeps working when its line drops.
A lift is a door that moves. Restrict which floors a credential can call, by user, time and day — the usual requirement in towers, hotels and hospitals where a floor has to be secured.
How people identify
A production floor and a boardroom do not need the same credential. Mix them on one system — the reader changes, the permission model does not.
What changes
Most of the return is not the security. It is the attendance being right, the audit being answerable, and the front desk no longer copying names into a book.
Access is granted per person, per zone, per hour — not per key. Nobody is admitted by having once been given something metal.
Buddy-punching, late-ins and invented overtime all end at the reader. Clients typically recover 3–7% of payroll inside 90 days.
Peak hours, contractor hours, zone utilisation and headcount by floor. Facilities decisions stop being arguments about impressions.
Every entry, exit and permission change is written immutably and exports in one click for HR, ISO, SOC 2 or an internal review.
Pre-approve a guest, send a QR pass on WhatsApp, let it expire at end of day. The front desk stops being a transcription job.
No rekeying when staff leave, no lost-card locksmith call. One system replaces the locks, the register and the attendance machine.
Compliance
Access control is usually bought for security and then asked about by an auditor. It is specified for both here.
Physical access control and audit logging that satisfy an information security audit without a separate evidence exercise.
Attendance, overtime and shift records accurate enough to produce on request, in the form an inspector expects.
Encrypted mathematical templates rather than raw biometrics, role-restricted access to them, and retention limits set at install.
Fail-safe locks, emergency release and fire-panel integration, so the system releases the building instead of trapping it.
Where it goes
The hardware barely changes between these. What changes is the zoning, the credential and who is allowed through which door at what hour.
How we fit it
A single door can go live the same day. A five-to-ten door office is usually two to four days including enrolment; multi-site work is phased so no branch stops.
An engineer walks your doors, lifts, network and the way people actually move through the building, and designs to that rather than to a template.
Brand options, controller count, credentials and software licence, each priced separately. The AMC terms are in the quote, not in a renewal letter later.
Certified technicians fit controllers, readers, locks and cabling, scheduled around your operating hours so the building keeps running.
We enrol your staff, configure the zones, and train your admin team on the dashboard, the reports and the visitor workflow.
The first twelve months of maintenance are included — preventive visits, firmware updates and priority helpdesk.
Included, not upsold
Cover starts the day the system goes live and is priced into the quote you are given, not raised as a renewal six months later.
Questions
An engineer walks your doors and lifts, tells you what the building needs and what it will cost, and puts it in writing within 24 hours. No obligation attached to any of it.
