Integrated CCTV and access control for ten kinds of property — from a two-camera flat to an airside terminal. One survey, one design, one team on site, and twelve months of AMC included.
What we install
Cameras tell you what happened. Door controllers decide what is allowed to happen. Bought separately they are two products with two support numbers; specified together they are one record of who went where, and when.
Wired, wireless or cellular, chosen against the site rather than a package — and specified per position, because a building rarely wants the same camera everywhere.
Fingerprint, face, card or phone at the door, with attendance coming off the same readers — so the roll and the access log are one record instead of two that disagree.
Where we deploy
The cameras and controllers overlap far more than a sector-by-sector brochure suggests. What actually changes is the count, which positions earn 4K, how long footage must survive, and which doors need to know who opened them.
01Residential
Gate, porch, driveway and hall, with a video door phone at the entrance. Most homes are a wireless job — nothing chiselled, and the whole set moves if you do.
02Commercial
Reception, corridors, server room and every door that should not open to everyone. Attendance comes off the same readers, so payroll stops being a separate exercise.
03Retail
The counter in 4K because that is where a face has to be readable, the floor in 4 MP, the stock room on event recording. Spending 4K everywhere costs you weeks of retention.
04Public spaces
Parks, junctions and community areas, where the cameras are outdoors, unattended and expected to hold up through a Chennai monsoon and the April sun after it.
05Education
Gates, corridors, labs and the boundary. Access on the doors that need it and nothing recording where it should not — classrooms and staff areas are a policy decision, not a default.
06Industrial
Gate, weighbridge, loading bay and yard, with shift attendance at the entry point. Cabling here is conduit and containment, not clips — the environment eats anything less.
07Healthcare
Entrances, corridors, pharmacy and stores, with wards and consulting rooms deliberately outside coverage. Restricted areas get a door controller rather than another camera.
08Transport hubs
High camera counts, long cable runs and no acceptable downtime. This is structured cabling and redundant recording, phased so the terminal keeps working while it goes in.
09Financial
Counter, entrance, ATM lobby and strongroom, with the vault door on a controller that logs every opening. Retention here is a compliance number, so the disk is sized to it.
10Critical infrastructure
Perimeter first, then the assets inside it. Everything on a UPS and a generator changeover, because the one time this system is needed is the time the power is already out.
Why one supplier
The word is on every competitor's page and almost none of them says what changes because of it. These four things do.
A forced door at 02:14 is a line in the access log and a camera clip at 02:14, opened from the same screen. Two separate systems make that a manual hunt through a night of recording.
Attendance comes off the readers that already control the doors. Nobody reconciles a punch list against an entry log, because they are the same record.
One badge, two people through the door. The controller sees one entry and the camera sees two — which is only a useful comparison if something is making it.
The camera company blaming the door company is the most common outcome of buying them separately. Here there is nobody to hand it to, which is the point.
However big the job
A small residential job and a terminal fit-out are wildly different pieces of work. These five are the parts that do not scale down.
01
An engineer walks the site and marks positions against the actual light, the actual walls and the actual risk. The quotation comes after that, not from a floor plan and a guess.
02
Cameras, cabling, controllers, recorders, storage, labour — each on its own line. You can strike out anything you do not want, which is only possible if it is listed.
03
The people who surveyed it install it. Occupied buildings are phased so nothing stops, and you get the dates with the quotation rather than after the first visit.
04
Apps configured on the phones that need them, admin to the owner, limited roles for everyone else, real passwords set, and a walk through playback and clip export.
05
Preventive visits, cleaning and re-aiming, firmware, disk and network health, priority helpdesk and free service labour — priced into the original quote, not raised later.
Questions
An engineer walks your property, marks the camera positions and the doors worth controlling, and puts the whole thing in writing within 24 hours. The survey is free and there is nothing attached to it.
